This was done in LR3. This is a mix of two gradients and zero split tone.
Basic settings are

Fill – 71
Blks – 15
Bright – 81
Con -45

I like the second one Izzy, the lines on the mattresses really jump out and are more defined, and the cast looks nice. And the light source shows up better to me.

I like the second one too the lighting is better and the details such as the lines in the mattress jump out more

It's good that you guys like the second one. The third was just me taking the preset and messing around with it. This tells me I have this one dialed in just about right. Thanks for looking.

Really love the 1st edit. Love this kind of photography...these types of places fascinate me. Of course, when I find them, I dress my poor daughter up in a vintage dress and stick her in there to make her look like a ghost.
