Default The American Flag

Editing to get the shot:

Using Adobe Lightroom 3, I lowered the exposure just barely. Then I darkened the background sky to make it more blue and the clouds more pronounced. I also darkened the folds of the flag a little.

Then I added .25 saturation increase, and took my adjustment brush and added another .25 to the flag itself. Then I increased the saturation of red to almost 100.

Thanks for sharing! I can't see the "Before" photo (Flickr says it's marked as private), but the colors on the second one are fantastic. Nice shot!

That looks flipping fabulous. I love it! How did you keep the sky from blowing out, even in the original? Just curious.
