Then I darkened the background sky to make it more blue and the clouds more pronounced. I also darkened the folds of the flag a little. Then I added .25 saturation increase, and took my adjustment brush and added another .25 to the flag itself. Then I increased the saturation of red to almost 100.

That looks flipping fabulous. I love it! How did you keep the sky from blowing out, even in the original? Just curious.
