Default My Corvette & Alligator Alley: before & after

Canon EOS with starter lens. I'm a still a newb and can't remember the settings I used. I basically experiment and take a few different shots.

Someone did a little photoshop. This photography thing is pretty cool once you start getting into it.

Nice car. I bet if you worked in Lab mode, you could make those colors pop and make the blue really stand out.

Please remember the posting rules of the forums. specifically 600px on the longest side.

I like the processing you did on the photos however perhaps you can describe what you did. Looks like a lot of sharpening and some contrast adjustments.

i like the background, but the car seems overly sharpened (fake).

Might want to try taking a light brush and masking it out a bit

Quite an illustrative effect, suits the snazzy car.

I think you really need to either push the limits of what you did and make it a really illustrative, painterly effect (i.e. make the photo look like a drawing) or ease up a little and go back to it being just a photograph. You're in the middle right now and the car looks really fake against the background. It's a really cool image, though, the photo itself is fantastic--but you need to decide which direction you want to go with it.

i like the photoshop versions, they make the blue of the car really pop, the sky in the first one looks a little painted, but besides that i they're really good

It's a very cool picture, that's for sure, but for some reason I don't like the composition, maybe because we don't see too much of the car nor too much of the landscape. Maybe this photo would look better taken from a higher point of view?.

hmmm the sky it´s outstanding, but the car looks a little overworked... and the grass take all the visual impact....

a little cropping wouldn´t hurt too...
