Default Stroke on a Path

before

after


Stroke on a Path in PS.
Create a path on a blank layer
select a stroke color
right click, stroke on a path using a brush
Move the path and repeat using additional colors
delete the path
add a blur
erase the unwanted portion of the path stokes
Added vertical embossed text

how did you add the swirly rainbow effect, i like how it goes behind the subject

that is the effect of adding a stroke to a path...the steps are described just below the after image. I am using Photoshop CS5.
