I actually prefer all your before shots! The first pic of London is amazing, however I do agree that the floating platform thing should be taken out of the image. Have you tried clone stamp or healing tool instead of just cropping it out?

Yes, I prefer all the before shots also.

In the first shot, IMO the image needs an auto contrast adjustment and some of the other things such as the green on the bridge and the brown in the building needs selective colour replacement to change hue, saturation, and brightness to bring these out. For instance, here is your 1st shot before and after taking about 10secs playing on my part, not the best perhaps (overdone), but play around with selective colour replacement yourself and see what you come up with.

Just to go against the flow, I like your after on the first shot. Agreed it needs a little work on contrast etc but the picture looks a lot more dramatic with the work on the sky. I like that you cropped out the barge instead of cloning, I don't think all that water really added to the overall scene.
The last two look better in the before shots but its great that you are experimenting, thats how we learn! Thanks for sharing

I think your shots and your editing are both great. Good job. I would say if you could somehow reduce/remove the shadow behind the owl, it would look even better.
