Default Old Barn

My first post...new to the game

BEFORE

Adjustments include:
multiple graduated filters in the sky and ground
Adjustment brush to darken trees, even roof colors, darken side of barn
Adjustment brush to pop the underside of the clouds
And cropping of course.

give it to me straight...

Also newer to the game, but better! I like the cropped composition and like the darkened foreground to give it a base. Nice.

I really like how the colours in the field just pop, and the cropping looks good too. I also like that you managed to keep it a relatively natural looking. I feel like the sky could pop a bit more (perhaps mask it out and play with the blending modes?) but that's just me.

I really like this image after the touch ups... My eye is pulled over to the trees though. I'm wondering if you were to lighten that area up a bit to match the sky (just a little), might make a little difference.
