Removed Second Catch Light
High Pass Filter on Eyes
Gaussian Blur background

I agree... the eye work is beautiful, and the skin looks softer but still natural. I also agree with your decision to blur the background. Great job!

Oh men I think you did a great job.... very professional... if you dont show the first picture I can't tell the second one is retouched...
