Wanted to share with you all a before and after from my session this past weekend.
I had a family shoot, but while i do these sessions, I always try to get individuals of everyone...
This beautiful woman has been a friend of mine since the dawn of time, and Ive always thought she's beautiful, but

I wanted to share and look for any thoughts or comments
* i normally do not write down all that I do to a photo, but I really need to start doing this.
i know i did levels, contrast boost, sharpen, curves adjust, duplicate level for hue/sat (very minor) and some other things, but...

Thanks for looking

BeforeAfter

I'm not gonna lie, but this truly looks best at full view (even original off of flickr) and wow.. the detail really comes out then.

Shot with my 50mm 1.8
I cant pull the exif, as I am here at work and the original photo is on my harddrive at home

SD... really nice. From a drab flat image to beautiful. I am not sure if the eyes appear over done or not. I think they just slightly too saturated, but it might be from comparing the before and after.

I am sure she is going to love this!

I like the conversion a lot! Really brings out those eyes making the photo pop.

This is what I call "putting the magic on". This is a great shot to start with aside from contrast and all but your PP really woke it up.

Nice job

Great improvement although I find the eyes to be a bit too hard.

I checked out the large size on flickr, and I really like it. It's not oversaturated, and the eyes do not look overdone at all. Nice simple PP Dan! And you are right, she is beautiful!

i'll go against the flow.. I love the PP work, don't get me wrong, it's just that the eyes do look over processed to me, certainly not natural eyes.
great work on the overall work!
