As another Michigander...fabulous shot...I may be biased but a Lake Michigan Sunset is hard to beat...the colors are wonderful

I like the sky, but the water suffers in the final compared to the original. You might want to fade the effect for the sky so it does not extend to the water. Also, the water might benefit from another treatment such as an overlay or a curve to help bring out the waves. I like the sky a ton in the shot. nice photography indeed.
