Portrait Before and After

I didn't need to do a lot of post-processing to get this one, here are the steps:

First, the original was taken with a 20D, with a 28-105 lens.
The flash was not fired (Outside, overcast day)
All editing was done in Lightroom
I started with cropping the picture, and converting the image to Black and White. Then I moved onto the brightness/contrast and bumped up both considerably. Next I added clarity, and finally added a slight vignette.

The B&W adds a nice atmosphere to the shot. I might have done a selective coloring technique by leaving the splatter on the wall in red. But then, you would have to show the bullet-hole as well. This has alot of possibilities. Nice creativity, I look forward to seeing what else you come up with.
