Default 10 Step Painting Effect
So I was playing around with PS Elements 5 today and ended up with this "painted" courthouse.

I won't type all the steps here, that would take a while but here's a link to my blog where I did type it all up!

At the end of the blog post there is a link to a larger size copy, it looks better in a larger size.

Nope, it's the Osborne County courthouse. But don't all those limestone courthouses look alike?
