Default self, before and after

Just playing with Portrait Professional.(The self portait has faults taken with a diffused flash, hence the shadows ...however)
Before
P1281745.ORF
And after
layer
The original picture was cropped, and then processed in Portrat professional, too much perhaps and then a duplicate layer in soft lioght.

thanks Martindk3 (I think!)
When I get better with the programme, I'll try it on some of my non- self portraits, but they are of my friends and I want to keep them as such!

it's encouraging to me to see the older generation getting into photography because (a) it gives people a reason to live (so many older people these days just stop learning new things, and that's no way to live), and (b) it reminds me to never be afraid to learn something new.

Your pics look great. I can tell you're happy in them which is fun to see.

Thank you all! Many moons ago ,i enjoyed photography in the film days, and half the fun then was to be had in the dark room. With the advent of digital, and the way it has progressed, this too is fun, instead of the dark room...the computer.
