Tortoise

Here's another animal picture I took with my point and shoot. I wanted to get up closer to the tortoise's face but it blurred the mouth a little.

Nice sharpness on the eye. The bit of brightly colored food on the tortoises mouth attract my eye away from the main subject. Did you try other angles?

i did but i didn't think they worked too well. in any case, here are other versions of that.



I wanted to wipe off the food but i was afraid it might snap at my fingers. lol.

Thanks for posting your two additional shots. I think the second one is a stronger image (ignoring the food that may be cloned away). I like the lighting and composition. The first one is also good but the background creates some distraction from your subject.

i have absolutely no knowledge of post processing and photoshop, that's next on my to-do list of things to learn this year ^^ thanks for the feedback.
