Default lonely Dinghy

Lonely Dinghy

I am in two minds on whether I like this pic - I was trying to picture the isolation of the dinghy - what stood out for me was the colour of the dinghy.

Any thoughts on how this could be improved

Cheers

Stuart

Hi Stuart! I really like the idea behind this shot. The color of the dinghy contrasts nicely against the water. I think the composition could be improved. Perhaps put the dinghy in the lower right part of the image instead of the middle right would work better. To emphasize its loneliness, you could not crop it quite so close leaving a little more water around it, or view the dinghy at more of an angle.

the color of the dingy is gorgeous in the water !!!! It looks a little to far off for me but it is still nice.

I agree, I would try flipping the image horizontally and putting the dinghy at the lower right third mark.
