Default Meredith pose3

here is a different pose- I like the pond grass in the background and the brown tones. On a scale of 1-10, what would you rate it ?

1 to 10?.....that's a tough one....i'd love to offer comments on improvement instead....

she's a lovely woman.....your focus is crisp and your depth of field close to perfect...(although a little tighter would be nice)....

i do suggest having her head and shoulders fully in the frame.....her complexion is so fair that it contrasts greatly with the rest of the image and seems to be a bit overexposed.....you did well with her wearing a simple, unpatterned sweater but, maybe next time, she could wear a lighter color to cut down on the contrast to her skin.....and lastly, i am one that appreciates a model as lovely as this one to be looking into the lens especially when the perspective is high.....

nice work.....

Interesting hairstyle... no, wait, that's some of the grasses behind her head but they make it look like the back of her hair is sticking up!

Thumbs up

I agree, improvement suggestions are much more constructive. Although a tighter crop would have cut down on the over exposure I really like the very natural capture. DOF is great as well just blurring the reeds enough to make your model pop from the b/g.

Nice
