Default central park kiss

Picture of my brother and sister in law in central park. This is uncropped and there have been no enhancements on the picture. What would you do if this were your shot? (ok to enhance to help me to learn!)

Thanks

Jeff

i love candid images like this.....you did a fine job on depth of field, framing, and their expressions are priceless....

you asked so i did....

DSC_1037f

i felt as if the models had a bluish cast to their complexions....most likely from the overcast day.....so i applied a color adjustment layer of a very transparent orange to conteract the blue...cloned out the bright spot to the left of the frame and sharpened slightly....i wanted their skin to glow a bit so i added a layer with a slight gaussian blur of around 20 pixels and set this layer to screen mode.....duplicated the background layer again and at a reduced opacity set this one to multiply.....a slight vignette set to overlay and i was finished.....

i feel the colors appear to be a little "truer" and that the models are a tad more the main focus....

i hope i didn't overstep my bounds in editing....

thanks peeper,

you did not overstep. I should specify, and will change my tagline to include that in my pics.

I am new to the enhancements, and it can get overwhelming to know what to enhance.
