fatlox, Welcome

I like that name! Your photograph you called "agronomy" is focussed on the back of the hand. With some practice, you could get the plantlife more in-focus, so it becomes the important area in the image. What is sharpest gets noticed first/most.

With the hand in front of plant, it again is in a more important spot. Reaching in from the back would perhaps solve both these issues. Your light looks good on the hand, glassware and windowsill are overexposed. Try several of these in different ways, it's a good way to learn.

... or come up with a different name for the picture

Actually, it looks to me that the main focus is on the cuff rather than the hand. You might be able to justify this if you find the right title to "frame" it but the picture would probably be improved with the focus a bit further in (and you could probably step down from f/5.6 to f/8 without the background becoming distractingly sharp - aperture details checked on Flickr).

Thank you guys,
I like this kind of advices. I will try to improve the focus point and the exposure...this plant is in my office, so I can try as much as i want!

PS: probably the name of the photograph is "strange" because I'm italian and my english should be improved too!

Titles in Italian are cool. Il bracciale?

Ah ok, I understood! You mean armband...because of the focus of my pic...
Probably it's better "il polsino".

Probably - I just used an online translator and they are often not good at figuring out what word fits the context you intend. Anyway, I look forward to seeing more of your pictures.
