Wow. That's cute. It'll be a good memory for years to come.

If you have photoshop or something like it, I would change the contrast so the foreground is a little bit darker and sharper.

And wow, the bokeh in the background is amazing. Really, overall, a great job and good memory.

salvador1709, Welcome

As a memory it is very good. A good alternative to showing Santa, so child can decide that image later.

As a photo of a child, attention flies to the bright lights and stays (text adds to that flight). Darkening/desaturating/blurring background more, and lightening baby's hair to just separate it from b/g will allow more time spent on subject.

Experiment with a mirror horizontal flip; sometimes it changes everything, sometimes it doesn't.

I love the date in the background ( was that planned to be in the pic ?) it is adorable- I'm thinking that the child could be a little brighter though. very nice!!!

cuteness factor +10.....

i am sucvh a sucker for the candid expressions our children offer.....

compositionally, it is a little awkward....i don't know how much wiggle room you had for the crop but, i feel it's a little tight......i would have liked to see the child's eyes more on a third.....as this is a once in a lifetime shot, if there is no room to recrop i would still be as proud as you are with the image as if.....

from your text, i see that you have post processing skills....so consider removing some of the bluish cast from your model baby's face....

beautiful memory....i am sure there will be many more....thanks for sharing...
