Default New Zoo Shot.

One I got at the zoo yesterday. Taken at f5.6 1/160 iso 100. It was pretty tough to get a decent shot through a cage and/or glass. I thought this one had a bit of mystery to it. What does everyone think?

Okay I hate to be the downer here or the pessimist, but to be completely blunt I feel like this is a shot of a tiger's butt.
Sorry if that is too blunt I just didn't know how else to put it! lol!
I do see what you were trying to accomplish and I LOVE the idea, it's just in this photo your eye goes straight to his butt. Maybe that's just me. =) I love the creativity and the fact that you were trying to get a different shot than just the every day front-facing tiger shot, but for some reason it just doesn't work for me.
Maybe if you would have tried it at a slight angle so that he is still walking away from you but so his back end isn't in the forefront of the frame that might have been better?

I agree I think You should adjust the shadows and highlights because his head is in shadows and his butt is bright. I also think you should crop it in a way that what we see is his head part of his butt and what is ahed of him what he's walking toward. Make it a proportional crop. Just take it from the bottom right in. Alrighty. Enjoy!!

The ape does not agree.

Seriously though, I see what you're saying. I'll see if I can do something in post that takes the attention away from the "back end". Thanks for the feedback!
