I feel like there is so much sky in the photo, which would be nice if there were something interesting in the sky. Its particularly tough to avoid falling into the sky as well because the beautiful white mountain just pulls your eyes upwards. I'm guessing that the magistry of the white mountain would be more powerful if you were to crop off a little off the top so there is roughly 1/3rd of the picture above the mountain rather than roughly 1/2.
Its a beautiful scene though, and a bit of an unusual sight finding blue sky at this time of the year in Norway!

First off all: great shot! And as always I have different ideas about composition then you. So here is what I think: move a little closer to the water (if possible) and use the water as foreground. Make sure your horizon is at approx 2/3 from the bottom. And if possible try to avoid the ugly brown hump on the left. If you have that scene then put back the bird where it was...

Thanks for all the answers!
Sometimes I wish my camera was 3:2 because so many of my pictures look better with a 3:2 crop.

I'm really curious how this would look with a panoramic/wide crop to it. To me there is too much sky and too much ground, and I get distracted by the curve of the foreground ice..
