I'm not sure the sepia does anything for this (although it might for an old fashioned haystack). I associate bringing in the hay with clear blue skies and I would love to see the colour version of this.

And for those who have never done it, bringing in the hay is damned hard work.

Imagine how effective a horse and wagon would have been to show relative size and to go with the tone. As it is, a good shot perspective, strong light contrast.
