Todd,

Once I figured out what this is, I saw that the black shadows and the foreground stump were hindering the view, unless it's intended as more of an abstract color/shape thing? The area of water isn't enough to add much to the lack of color. Just shooting the ice hanging over the log in the water might have given your title a better chance of matching. A larger ice-sculpture-looking thing would be interesting. Lighting, exposure and composition could be different to make a better shot.

I think there is a picture in there somewhere. Personally, I would crop it so that you cut the top tree in half (or a little more) and cut the stump to just where the ice begins (about 1/3 of the way over). Then you have a view of the wave through a curtain of ice. The action of the wave is the most interesting part of the shot.
