I'm just sort of catching up on uploading backlogged photos. I didn't submit this one to my editor, but I can't get it out of my head. Technically, it's obviously worthless, but that's not really the point. This was the hardest assignment I've had yet, partially because I watched a father putting flowers on his son's freshly dug grave, and still had to photograph it.

It was pouring down rain, which was a convenient excuse for having wet eyes.
