The first thing I noticed is the power lines. Next that even tho the tree has some really neat shapes to it, it just doesnt have any "punch" Perhaps more contrast?

Looks like the sun is a little off to the right of the shot. This creates a bright spot in the sky behind the subject. For high contrasts of light such as bright snow on dark trees you should get the sun behind you so the darker sky helps bring out the snow. I know it can be difficult but taking the time to hunt down shots sans power lines are well worth it. There are those shots that are just irresistible and a little post processing seems worth the trouble.

Thank you all for the comments. Can you tell me how to remove the powerlines using Photoshop? Or suggest some tutorial for Photoshop?

I'm not so familar with Photoshop but in Paint Shop Pro there are a coupl eof ways to remove them. Either use the cloning tool and carefully go along the lines or there is a libe remover which I dont use all that often
