The rays coming through the clouds are just great... The two different colors of fencing at the bottom takes something away from the image a bit. Overall, this image seems a bit dark to me...? I'd try cropping as a square image and have the tree off to the left perhaps? The fact that you didn't get to stop before you took this is amazing - overall a nice shot! Love when the skies look heavenly

Awesome shot with a p&s. Try cropping so that the two trees in the center of the photo are in the bottom right hand corner ( crop just above the fence!) I also agree that the exposure might be a little low on this one. You might also want to try tweeking the contrast just a little. Otherwise this is a great catch, especially with a p&s on the move!
