Default Bored on the beach

Hi. Took this today at the beach. Some kids had stuck their skim boards in the sand. I liked it.....

Neat shot. I would have loved to see you angle the camera up, placing your camera closer to the ground, so that the sky would be seen a tad more. Nevertheless, great shot and keep up the great work.

Happy Holidays!!!

Yeah, I'm with you there, but I was not happy having my camera on the beach in the first place and I was low to the sand :-)

Sunblock, sand, flies and 44C :-) ....

Thanks for your feedback, apprecited.

Clever title and photo to match. May I suggest flipping the image from left to right so that the boards are on the right hand side of the frame. As such they will act as a sort of barrier to keep the viewers' eyes in the frame longer.

I thinks a great shot, and the flipped version certainly looks better IMO; I also enjoy the DOF. The overall picture sure makes me miss those warm summer days!

Reminds me right away of a girl leaning on a guy's shoulder... i like it!
That was a great suggestion too with flipping the image horizontally - is that having to do with eyes reading left to right?
