hmm....The photo is too clutered for me...but again depends on what u were trying to acheive,incase you wanted the clutter its pretty neat then...can do with a bit more color popping.

The problem with cluttered photos is that it can't hold your eye on a single subject and hence one doesnt feel the WOW.

Maybee a better composition would have got more beauty in this shot.

Well I'm not really sure what the poll question has to do with your shot Did you feel that you needed to use a tripod in the middle of the day?

Have to agree that it's fairly cluttered, but I think that this could make a very interesting night shot (there's where a tripod is needed). Try it around just after dusk when the sky is becoming a deep blue, but before it's actually gone black. Use the self-timer on the camera if you don't have a remote. Lights, boats, water, and houses can make for some very nice looking long exposures. Good luck on new years with the photos!

I cropped this one.
I think this one is better, you can see the 2 men on the left it seems to add a bit more Character to the pic.

I find it interesting...if merely the boats balanced in the muck since there is no water.
