Default Sleepy Terrier

Using the strobist method. 2 x sb24 bouncing off from the 40" umbrella. I also using a Ebay wireless trigger(G.I Cactus V2s) to fire off the 2 strobes.
Any comment or critique are welcome.

My 1st strobist test.

Glad to see you are trying out the Strobist techniques. Overall you did a nice job even though the image looks a little dark on my monitor. My only suggestion would be to crop some of the right side off to lessen some of the dark space and put the pooch a little more off center.

KLNYC,

If you're trying some further shots (or some editting), separating the hair color on hind leg from forehead would give shapes individuality, as well as provide a little more perspective (if leg is darker, it'll recede). Floor reflection adds a nice dimension. Hot pink (toy?) is also a lively addition.

See, this dog isnt my...it's my brother. On that night when I took the pics, his master(my brother) wasnt home. Yup, yup...you know what's that mean? They all sad and missing out. These are the perfect time to shoot pets, in my case is the Terrier. He's only 1 years btw.

Thanks for the comments.
