I can see what your trying to do, but its not quite working from my perspective.

Maybe trying to get lower almost as if you were walking through the door, and setting the camera on macro might yield better results,

As for this image, compositionally it isn't quite working, being on its own in the middle or such a dark space, i feel the darkness is too dark, and needs lightening up a bit, maybe darkening the reflection lights a little bit could help,

It is however nice and sharp, which is always a good point of a photo,

Either way, it is a good start and im going to be keeping an eye on your work, watching how you progress,

ike,

Sukanta, Thanks for looking at my picture. Leaning was deliberate. I am very new to photography and ISO 800 - F/29 is the best combination I could get. I am still learning how to play with ISO, f and shutter speed. Not very comfortable yet.

What effect did you try to get by using a high ISO and small aperture? Why not use a tripod and a low ISO instead?

Thanks for the post! Like I said in my previous post, I am new to photography and I am experimenting. I used tripod for this shot too.

Well, if you use a tripod and a static subject, there is no sense in selecting a high ISO.
