Default Wii Glow
Let's give this one a go.

I really like this photo, it's my "most popular" acording to Flickr. It's a picture of one of the glowing Nintendo Wii gift cards Target was selling a while ago. Link leads to larger version.

I am pretty sure I just set the camera to "automatic" but I may have used one of the nighttime preset modes. Put it on a tripod, turn off the flash, set the timer and turn off the lights.

The reflective surface of the desk made for a nice extra effect.
