A higher aperture, unless you wanted some space or depth in the shot (the bottom). Either way, great shot ^.^!

Something in focus would be a good starting point. Everything looks blurry to me. I think it would also benefit from a bit more light on the wings.

How large is the angel and what equipment were you using to take it?

I agree with Wulf. Something needs to be in focus so as to draw my eye to that point. A higher aperture would be better. I find myself wanting to see the angel's face (if there are facial features). Very cool effect with the purple light!

Post Tilt

I agree with the others on focus and aperture but I might also suggest that you straighten out the tilt in PS. It look as it is leaning back an adjustment might give the suggestion that the angel is centered on youas she hovers above you
