This shot is absolutely amazing! I like the direction you went with this but I think it may be a little over-processed. The transition from interesting contrast in lion to lack of interest and contrast seems a little abrupt.

Care to share the original so I can play with it even if you don't want me to post my result? I'd just like to use a shot like this for some practice.

Thank you for the comments! I wouldnt mind sharing the original at all, only problem is, all my photos are on my harddrives back at my Uni, but I am at home for the holidays, so I wont have the originals until about a month from now! If you care to shoot me an email (joekunin at gmail dot com) then id be happy to see your interpretation

Wow, now thats amazing. The photo itself is spectacular, but the fact that you were in place to get it... were you underwater with him? Or was he in a tank, a zoo type setting?
