Default for your consideration

I'm quite new to photoshop and would welcome any advice on touching up these pictures. I have the raw file for the one sitting out in the open but not the one with the fish. The fish photograph was taken from my backyard. I have some other raptors photographed from my backyard, but it was necessary to use digital zoom and the pics are not much good for anything but identification.

feel free to post again but please keep it to one photo you like critique on if its just a question for photoshop t can be posted in the post processing sub forum that way better traffic from people who are knowledgable in the area you need help.
