Default Holiday Lights

Your thoughts would be highly appreciated! I am newB. So please comment with details.

Well done. The perspective is good. The lights are taken well. The wood looks a little yellow, probably because of the lighting. Did you shoot in raw?

Thank You! Yes, wood is yellow because of the light and I didnt adjust the WB.
I shot in JPEG Fine mode.

Me thinks this is supposed to be rotated 90deg to the left because it just looks wrong. I also don't think you used a tripod because it looks rather blurry. You might consider playing with the WB. Try bringing a white sheet of paper outside and try to set the WB manually. The blue lights aren't blue, the yellows aren't yellow.... This may be due to over exposer on the bulbs. I haven't done any shots with colored lights yet but it may be worth playing with aperture and shutter on this to get a more accurate look.

Thank You for your comments. Really appreciate it. You are right that it is rotated 90 degrees. The lights are blue and white-yellowish and I did not adjust WB since I wanted to leave the warm look. I used a tripod too. The original JPEG was sharp, donno if I lost that when I played with the picture.
