Default painful childhood experiences...ouch
this picture brings back memories of horrid experiences at the hospital. often all i can remember is the painful needle and forget the person sticking it.

strange enough, know i start i.v. lines...

very good DOF. I would suggest trying to retake the shot without the two things that are above and beside you. In addition, try getting your whole arm in so it doesn't look like it's a hand that has been added in during post processing.
