Default Boat @ sunset

Boat

Created a glassy feel on the water, played with lighting & colours on the boat.

Good shot. My eyes want to see more of the boat from the top and sides.

I'm not sure what it is but maybe its all the space to the side of the boat that seems distracting to me. Perhaps a portrait crop?

The black area left of the boat really draws my attention away.

Default Major crop

I think cropping the middle of the black hole and just below bridget and you have yourself a keeper.
