Default Night shot

Would love any ideas on how to improve this shot...i have a canon rebel xti with the standard kit lens. used a tripod at iso 100 and 30'' shutter speed and f22. Cropped a little, adjusted levels just a bit and increased saturation (I like the reddish coloring)
Would love any feedback!

Any specific reason of using f/22? Did you try out with different settings?
Something like f8/10s/ISO 200?

Regards,
Aakash
