well Merry Christmas to you all right!
Wonderful colors, very well caught. congrats!
My one and only thought was there is too much clouds on top. Might look great as a panoramic

Indeed. The pano version cuts out the fat from the old picture. Great shot.

Beautiful shot. I so much want to take a Sunrise/Sunset shot.. Hopefully some day... Just a minor thought.. may be if you'd have waited little more, there would be nice orangish tinge over the buildings.. might have made the shot more interesting.. not sure though.. Have you tried taking pictures at different times?

Awesome work..

Lilke the pano shot the best. All sunsets are good just some better than others. Good shot.

Great shot! The pano version looks great. I like the smoke rising on the left as well as it adds that extra "something".

I'm curious, I've seen numerous examples of how a cir polarizer filter can be used to add drama to clouds, and other sky scenes. All examples I've seen have been of blue skies, anyone know what such a filter would do in a scene like this? Would it be as effective?

Thanks everyone for the comments!

Atlas88, I have heard the Golden-N-Blue Polarizer does really interesting things on overcast days with clouds and water. Maybe someone here that uses one can tell us if its effective in a scene like this.
