Default Some like it wide..

One of the photos I took on an outing in the town. I'd like to hear you guys' and gals' views and critiques on it. The structure behind the trees is a building under construction. (Just incase you can't make out what it is).

A little info:

Time taken: 7:29 pm
Shutter speed: 20 sec.
ISO speed: 200
Aperature: F/5
Focal Length: 21mm

What I find most interesting is what appears to be an individual who remained perfectly still throughout the 20 second exposure.

OH! I had not noticed! Very nice!
It gives the shot a surnatural something!

I like the whiteness of the passing cars headlights and the sky is rather cool too!
As for composition, I maybe would have tilted the camera down a little bit so as to get a 3 thirds composition sky/building/road.

A Nikon D70s, a few lenses, add flashguns to your taste. Stir well. Serve warm.

I agree with the previous poster I think you may have a little to much sky in the image. I don't find the orange clouds to be very appealing but that's just a matter of personal taste. I'm also not to sure what the subject of this photograph is could you explain a little bit on why you took this image?

I think you have the exposer set correctly also with iso selection. The depth of feild seems to extend forever and since this isn't really a landscape or city scape I am not sure why there is so much depth but it's nice

The subject was supposed to be the building structure in the background and the trees blocking it. More like the building emerging from the trees. I could've easily zoomed in closer, but I was fascinated by the streaking lights, and wanted to incorporate that in there as well. Now that I look at it, I also agree that I showed a little too much sky. I think the guy was either sleeping on himself, or texting lol.

I wonder what it would look like if you changed the color of the clouds in the sky to whiteish or blueish white.

You are free to edit it if you wish.
I won't mind seeing it either.
