The forearms seem very grey compared to the face. Have you tried to dull them down to divert attention upwards? I think the effect may be a bit too strong as they look too flat in comparison.

In fact, I wonder if this shot would work better in colour? I imagine the colours are beautiful and it may be possible to spotlight the face in a more subtle manner. Also, I think the background in the lower right might become more obvious, making the shot more suggestive of movement. At the moment it appears rather static, like an awkward pose rather than a moment of fluid motion.
