nothing to be ashamed of....we all are at different levels in our shooting and most of us feel our shots are not as as good as they could be and yet others think they are great.
This is a good shot in my eyes....has a great sky nice framing and would have made a great shot for HDR. I can't tell if its off a bit in the horizon but the bridge is looking level so I am inclined to think its okay just a distorted perception from the roof lines. I think I would lighten the foreground and increase the shadows and highlights to the sky but other than that I like the shot. Welcome to the boards and keep contributing....the best way to learn.

Now that you mentioned I realise what is wrong with the shot. The sky is drawing all the attention due to its brightness. It does look off a bit but that is because of the roof line. All the surrounding buildings were 16th century structures. Not a straight ridge there.
