Default Experimenting with a Canon 350D

I shot this with my colleague's Canon 350D while we were doing a photo shoot on the B777-200LR. I seemed to like the angle I had got. What do you think could make this shot better?

The angle doesn't work for me. It feels as though everything is going to fall onto me? But thats just my opinion.

Maybe the DOF should have been larger so we can have the back row of seats in focus. But overall nice shot!

Hi Kapil -

Interesting angle!!!

If the space allows, you may want to try a lower level shot keeping the angle same. It will create a sense of depth of aircraft.

Aakash

For me it actually works, although I myself would have taken a tighter crop. Especially the left and top parts could be removed, just so the left upper corner actually is part of the seats.

[edit]And i see basically aakash_vakil has the same opinion [/edit]

I would have tried to get closer to the seats to reduce the amount of distracting elements around them. I think the depth of field is good so is the exposer.

To me, the picture makes me think the plane is about to crash which might not be what a client would want to see in a shot.

A tighter frame from a lower level might be better for me.

It's funny but my first thought was "We're going down!" Maybe a bit too much angle if you're trying to get another idea across.

I second that! The top left bits of seats are distracting to me.
I like the unusual angle.
The aperture could have been wider to get on seat row in focus and increasingly blur the other rows.

EDIT : yeah ok, it is like that, but I meant that the effect could have been less shy.

And a bit of overexposure could have been fun to give it a surreal look, but that's just my fantasy
