Looks very nice! I think you should maybe crop out the purple part of the building on the left. The rest looks stunning. Maybe rotate a bit to get the tower upright. But the exposure looks excellent.

I agree with morfasie, rotate the image slightly to correct the lean of the tower. Maybe cropping the image differently as well.

I like the exposure , nice job against the dark background . I don't think there is much lean to the tower ,I think it is the angle you took the photo , I hope you don't mind I played with your photo & think that if you crop a little off the top & the bottom & clone out the purple it may work better ,but I think your exposure is great . thanks for sharing .

i personally think the crop hurts a bit. I see the reasons to crop but the long exposure aspect is focusing on the light trails from the headlights...cropping has effectively broken up the trails somewhat.. not entirely but enough to put me off..i liked the trails fading across the road.
