Default corn field

Here is a shot I took earlier this fall. As with pretty much all my pics, no editing or cropping.

The central stock, in my opinion, should be more prominent. The two leaves on either side take away a lot of attention here and the sharp light takes the eyes away from the main subject.
caine22, I would suggest you to plan the composition based on the light and then shoot next time. Best of luck!

Perhaps a bit of flash might help. Am not fond of the bright light shining thru the one leaf. It draws my eyes right to it instead of the corn stalk. You might also try not to cut off the top of the stalk next time.
I sure do like the idea of it and really look forward to seeing more of your work
