Not really sure where the focal point is. Everything seems to be pretty much in focus. The eye tends to wander up the rocks, over the bridge, then to the right and out of the picture without stopping.

I like the subject but would set it up a bit different. Is this a place you can reshoot?
If so try giving the shot more of the background, the buildings and city scape.
Less foreground and set your lens a bit differently. I would set the aperture and shutter to give a shallower DOF. There is no EXIF data so I don't know where you were but guessing it was in auto mode. I would shoot in aperture priority mode. That way you can dictate the DOF. Hope to see the reshoot!

i can reshot the bridge again and all the EXIF data is on Flickr however here it is
Exposure: 0.025 sec (1/40)
Aperture: f/6.3
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO: 100
i was shooting in Program mode and i thought that including the forground might help so i slowed the lens little bit so i can have both the forground and the bridge, the lens is Prime Canon EF 50mm 1:1.8 and it's new and this is my first trials

however i'll try to reshot but changing the position is some how hard

thanks anyway

maybe just a bit lower so more background is show and a bit closer getting rid of some foreground. maybe stop it down a few steps. I'd personally start at the lowest and work my way up to where the background is still blurred but you can tell a bit of what it is. That is why I suggested aperture priority so it will set shutter speed accordingly.
