Default I really wish they would get along...

So my girlfriend was holding our dogs, and they ended up on one top of the other. The smaller one was more upright, but eventually settled into this position. I got a good shot, cropped the image and made some slight adjustments in Lightroom.

are you looking for critiquing on this or just sharing a cute shot? Might want to post in the share your shots thread under general chit chat if you are not looking for feedback as to how to better the shot.

I posted it here because I want feedback on what you think of the shot, the good, the bad and the ugly.

My thought is that it is somewhat hard to "read." This is mainly due to a bit of underexposure and the nature of the tone and texture of the dogs' coats. Was the illumination from the on-board flash?
