Nice colors and good composition....Im not sure about the cropping off of the top her head and the palm of her hand could use some calming down a bit blown out.
But really a nice shot in my eyes despite those couple of things.

Color looks great but the focus of the image appears to be the cell phone she is holding. Perhaps getting rid of the cell phone and putting her hand in her hair then raising your perspective slightly so you are looking down into the eyes of the girl while not chopping the head off may help.

What where you going for? What message are you trying to get across? Also the hand is over exposed the light source may have been a little to close to her try difusing the light through a sheet or something.

I think the cropping is okay - with a shot like this, if you crop too far out, you lose the intimacy of the picture and the subject becomes distant. The shot works well because the composition has a strong diagonal (face, hand and then fading off down the forearm) and a complementary set of colours.

light source was a desklamp(it was as bright as the sun hehehe). and no i ddnt crop it, i took it like that,. it was a stolen shot so my focus wasnt really right.
