This is an LDS Temple in Manti, Utah.
There are some old towns in this area with some very nice old buildings.

Decent record shot of the building, I would like to crop it closer left and right sides of the building are not symmetrical and the whitish fence catches the eye. The ground may have been elevated towards the right, but a little levelling might help.

From this vantage point, the building lacks depth and dimension. This is compounded by the time of day when it was shot as there is little shadow detail to add to that depth. Did you use a polarizing filter to darken the sky or was it as a byproduct of exposing the building properly?

Yes, I used a filter and did level the building with Picasa2.
