Mat, Welcome

Two important changes could make this fit your title and render it into a more palatable photo:

If the subject is Thanksgiving snacks, and the first two things in front are napkins and plates, and the next three things are big bowls with contents barely visible, you have defeated the intention of showing snacks, and have left no clue that it is Thanksgiving. An overhead shot, including as much of the contents of the table as feasible, including any decoration of the season, would fulfill the goal.

If you took other photos of family and/or friends in the background, you could greatly reduce their presence without losing any quality in the shot (they're too small) and also lose the glaring brightness from the windows. Sometimes you have to pick one subject and do it very well, instead of trying to include too much.

Overall, as is, a good shot.
