was this taken with a P&S? there is a lot of opportunity here but there seems to be a lot of noise in this image....IM sure the conditions are some of the worst but maybe a tripod and longer exposure might get bit better result. Nice view is that from a hotel or your home? If its your home I'm jealous!

May I just say I love the title... what an appropriate one! (Sorry I do not have more critique but IMO a title is always difficult)

I used P&S yes, Nikon Coolpix S50, i set ISO at 800, and yes taken from my balcony

lucky you romy great place to live.....if you set up some type of tripod or even a gorilla pod and then set the self timer it will reduce some movement and can also allow you to lower iso causing less noise.

Wow...! kool shot for a P&S without a tripod :-) I have recently graduated to a DSLR, but am still a big P&S fan !! Nice shot !!
